Live Support Options

-Connections Setting: [Note: This option is not available in the Lite Edition]

This option is for sending data to OpusWare through its LiveSupport features.

• SMTP Address: You should enter your SMTP address here. SMTP address is the outgoing email server, this address should be provided to you from your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

• Port Address: Port address for SMTP server. Normally, it should be 25.

• Connection time out: Time out for connecting to SMTP server. Its default value is 5 sec.
